Job summary

Private Equity Insights Ltd in London is seeking a driven Growth Marketing professional to own audience-building, copywriting, and revenue-driving campaigns.

You’ll work in sprints, deploy AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with ambitious peers to map investors, target funds, and craft messages that convert.

Role is full-time, on-site at our London WeWork, with travel and fast-track ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing or copywriting.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
• UK work permit – we do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic with ownership mindset and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel ~20 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the audience across channels and ensure targeted messaging.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new tactics.
• Write persuasive copy for emails, landing pages and social posts.
• Sprint, test, and optimize offers, copy, prices and pages to move metrics.
• Create scalable AI workflows and playbooks for repeatable wins.
