Job summary

A dynamic tech company in the UK seeks a Financial Reporting and Tax Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting. You will manage month-end close, prepare financial statements, and drive process improvements including automation initiatives using AI. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Experience and understanding of UK and US tax compliance laws.
• In-depth technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP (FRS 102).

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end month-end closing process.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS or UK GAAP.
• Review corporate tax compliance and submit relevant returns to HMRC.
