Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a finance-transformation consultant at CL9 level. You will sit with client finance teams, design future-state processes, and advise on platform choices across SAP, Oracle, Workday, and related tools. You’ll lead workshops, shape enterprise structures, and contribute to AI-enabled finance delivery.

You’ll operate in a consultancy setting, working in London/Manchester/Edinburgh, and help drive the CFO agenda through platform-agnostic, design-led solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience across more than one ERP or finance platform rather than a single one.
• Running workshops and discovery sessions with client finance teams.
• Contributing to a technology selection or vendor assessment on a live transformation.
• Understanding enterprise structure and chart-of-accounts design and why it shapes everything downstream.
• Hands-on exposure to AI or agentic tooling in a finance or delivery setting.
• Fluency in design-thinking and agile delivery methods.
• Awareness of how controls, intercompany or tax considerations shape a finance design.
• Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Lead design and discovery workshops with client finance teams, gather and structure business requirements, and define problems before solving them.
• Design and improve core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Acquire-to-Retire) and contribute to fit-to-standard work.
• Develop enterprise structure concepts, chart of accounts, and reporting mappings to support platform design.
• Engage in platform breadth discussions (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent) and contribute to technology selection and vendor assessment.
• Discuss AI-enabled approaches in finance processes and help embed them into target processes.
