The Travelers Europe seeks a Senior Architect to lead architectural and technology strategy in a major transformation for the insurance business. You will guide initiatives rooted in Common Delivery, Services-Based Architecture, and Agile delivery, steering API and event-driven approaches across the technology estate.
You will provide visionary technical leadership for complex applications, shape our technology and API strategies, and help drive governance, design reviews, and day-to-day
Formación
- Proven ability to lead architecture strategy in large programs.
- Experience in enterprise, application and information architecture.
- Understanding of SDLC and product/project management.
- Knowledge of Java, .NET, SQL and SOA reference architectures.
- Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Responsabilidades
- Participates in or leads parts of solution roadmaps and architectural recommendations.
- Facilitates governance processes (blueprint/design reviews) for projects.
- Ensures stability and performance at application and technology domains.
- Prioritizes remediation and escalation for performance issues.
- Contributes to adoption of new concepts, techniques, and best practices.
- Collaborates with other architects and development groups.
