Homesbyhoney is looking for an AI Discovery/Business Analyst Intern to join their Sheffield and Leeds offices. This temporary position focuses on identifying and implementing AI solutions to enhance business processes. The intern will work closely with senior leadership and contribute to real impact projects within three months.

We are looking for an AI Discovery/Business Analyst Intern to join Homes by honey (honey).
This is initially a three-month fixed term contract working full time (37.5 hours per week) across our Sheffield and Leeds offices. The role is primarily office-based, and candidates should be comfortable travelling between both locations if required.
Honey is a new kind of housebuilder with big ambitions and a fresh take on what a home should be. Founded in 2022 we’re a product led Northern Housebuilder building stylish, high-quality homes across Yorkshire, Derbyshire and the Midlands. As of June 2026, we’ve already secured over 32 sites to build nearly 5,000 homes and employed 135 teammates plus each day utilise around 450 sub-contractors on our sites – and we’re just getting started!

Under the sponsorship of our CFO, you will work directly with the Head of IT to drive adoption, measure impact, and help the whole organisation understand and use AI more effectively.
