You’ll work alongside experienced developers, technical specialists and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve the way we work. You’ll then help design, build, test and implement solutions, as well as supporting colleagues to adopt and get the most from new technology.
Rawlinson & Hunter is a leading international firm of Chartered Accountants, providing specialist accounting, taxation and advisory services to high‑net‑worth individuals, families and businesses. Technology has been an important part of the firm's development for more than 20 years, and we have an established in‑house IT team comprising developers, cloud specialists, support professionals and trainers.
You’ll be involved throughout the lifecycle of AI and automation projects, working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders across the firm.

You may have developed your experience through education, personal projects, online learning, previous employment or simply experimenting with technology in your own time.
We’re looking for candidates who:
Experience with AI tools, coding assistants, workflow automation, APIs, Agile, Jira or the Microsoft technology stack would be beneficial, but is not essential.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes lunch break)
