Job summary

WiMLDS Inc in the United Kingdom invites applications for the BridgeAI Deployment Applications Lead to drive design and delivery of tools and guidance for deploying AI in operational environments across key sectors.

You will combine frontline advisory work with product development, manage at least one team member, and shape the programme's technical legacy through shipped tools and learning. Hybrid working and a generous benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent level in data science, software engineering, AI/ML systems.
• Experience designing, prototyping and shipping AI deployment tools or guidance products.
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML in operational settings.
• Experience line management or mentoring and setting objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio of interactive digital tools and guidance products for AI deployment.
• Own product development roadmap balancing programme needs with long-term outputs.
• Design tools for broad adoption: accessible and well-documented.
• Collaborate with organisations to scope and harden AI deployment use cases in real settings.
• Provide technical deployment guidance on site readiness, governance, workflows and staff capability.
• Engage with sector bodies and Innovate UK partners.
