Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an AI Product Lead to establish, manage, and evolve the company's Data, AI and Automation capabilities. You will drive centralised data solutions across the group and oversee the development and use of AI/automation systems.

You will lead a distributed team (offshore + UK) and collaborate with senior management to execute the strategic plan and deliver measurable AI outcomes across business units.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with a deep interest in AI innovation and automation.
• Direct experience with ML, DL, NLP or computer vision is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and R; experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore team of developers and a growing UK team.
• Design, deliver, and support Data, AI, and automation solutions, including analytics, models, dashboards, and related platforms.
• Own the roadmap for trusted data foundations across the group, including data quality, governance, and access controls.
• Provide leadership on security and authorisations for accessing AI and Automation solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape requirements and promote adoption through documentation and training.
