Job summary

ElevenLabs seeks an AI Creative Director to work with enterprise customers, deploying ElevenLabs' creative tools into existing production workflows. This hands-on, forward-deployed role sits at the intersection of creative expertise and product knowledge.

You will partner with production teams, build reference content, and prototype workflows, while shaping roadmaps with field insights. Strong creative production experience and fluency with AI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a creative production or direction role.
• Portfolio demonstrating taste, technical skill, and storytelling.
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools and active practice.
• Experience with enterprise clients or large brand teams in a consulting/embedded role.
• Strong understanding of creative production pipelines including video/audio.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to map their pipelines and value points.
• Build and demonstrate AI-powered creative workflows for diverse media.
• Create reference content and prototypes using ElevenLabs products.
• Consult with customer teams and translate capabilities into opportunities.
• Design reusable workflow templates and best practices to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to feed roadmaps with customer needs.
• Produce case studies and success stories for Sales and Marketing.
• Educate and train customer teams through workshops and hands-on sessions.
• Act as a creative evangelist at events and in published work.
