Qualifications

• Experience in content/publishing, project management, or product development.
• Extensive experience in legal content preferred.
• Experience utilizing AI/automation in content optimization.
• Proven track record of leading or contributing to cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, preferably in a global context.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, such as LLMs, NLP techniques, and ML applications; experience utilizing AI/automation in content optimization preferred.
• Highly proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to report insights and progress to stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and global teams.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline and enhance existing editorial workflows, driving efficiency, scalability, and quality across global content operations.
• Support the development and execution of strategies for AI-assisted Practical Guidance workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product management, engineering, business analysts, subject matter experts, and project management to prioritize opportunities and execute on AI content optimization from ideation to deployment on a global scale.
• Oversee the integration of AI solutions for global deployment across North America, UK, and Asia-Pacific, ensuring seamless integration into workflows, tools, and platforms.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to internal teams, senior leadership, and key stakeholders, using data to provide clear insights and support decision-making.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive intelligence, and best practices in AI and content generation, with a focus on global applications.
