Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience delivering technical solutions end-to-end.
• Strong mathematics or quantitative background essential for model development.
• Solid Python, SQL and Snowflake programming skills.
• Experience building traditional AI or data science models (forecasting, segmentation, classical ML).
• Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter, able to define your own process in startup-like environments.
• Exposure to agentic or Gen AI systems.
• Experience building neural networks, transformers, or LLM-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop traditional AI and data science solutions for real world problems.
• Work with a lean AI team to design and deliver meaningful client outcomes.
• Build and iterate data science models to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with data engineers, consultants, and tech leads; present insights clearly.
