Rec3 Global Ltd is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant (Sales/Business Development) to join our AI & Automation recruitment team at Pury Hill, Northamptonshire. You will drive high-volume outreach, build relationships with CTOs and Heads of AI, and convert briefs into placements while earning strong commissions.

In year one you can expect £25k base plus uncapped commission with a realistic £50k OTE. We promote on performance with rapid progression to management for top performers.

Qualifications

• High-volume outreach experience is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and perform in AI/Automation recruitment.

Responsibilities
