Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Digital Technology, CS, or Data Analytics.
• Familiar with CRM/ERP systems and automation platforms.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Experience with AI image generation platforms or digital content creation.

Responsibilities

• Review current sales order workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI tools.
• Support digital systems for order tracking and reporting.
• Test digital image generation tools for marketing.
• Explore digital twin concepts for factory ops.
• Create process maps, reports, recommendations.
• Gather requirements and trial new technologies.
