Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures is seeking AI Automation Coaches to support an AI Training & Enablement organisation in the United Kingdom. You’ll help professionals apply AI and automation in their day-to-day roles, focusing on practical automation across Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio and AI Agents.

You’ll work with learners on an AI & Automation apprenticeship programme, guiding them to build workflows, automate processes and apply AI to real workplace challenges.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform to automate processes.
• Experience creating or working with automated workflows and business process automation.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Agents or Agentic AI is desirable.
• Strong understanding of applying AI & Automation to improve everyday business processes.
• Experience using technology to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support learners on an AI & Automation apprenticeship programme and help them build workflows.
• Assist learners in applying AI to real workplace challenges.
• Communicate effectively with learners from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Contribute to creating practical automation solutions that improve productivity.

FIND is recruiting multiple AI Automation Coaches for an AI Training & Enablement organisation, helping professionals apply AI and Automation in their day-to-day roles.

We're looking for people with practical experience in Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Agents or workflow automation who enjoy helping others learn.

You'll support learners on an AI & Automation apprenticeship programme, helping them build workflows, automate processes and apply AI to real workplace challenges.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform or similar automation tools
• Experience creating or working with automated workflows and business process automation
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Agents or Agentic AI
• A good understanding of how AI & Automation can be applied to improve everyday business processes and productivity
• Experience using technology to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks or improve ways of working
• Confidence communicating with people from both technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Curiosity about AI & Automation and a genuine interest in keeping up with how the technology is developing

Experience with Power Apps, APIs/connectors, Copilot, low-code/no-code platforms or more advanced workflow automation would be useful, but is not essential.

Experience with other AI & Automation technologies is also welcomed – whether that’s Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Make, Zapier, n8n or similar tools.

You DO NOT need to be a Software Engineer, Python Developer or experienced Automation Engineer.

Likewise, you DO NOT need to have formally worked as a Coach / Mentor / Trainer / Instructor / Teacher / Lecturer etc before.

You’ll receive support to develop that side of the role. What matters is that you can communicate clearly, enjoy working with people and have enough practical automation experience to help others understand and apply it effectively.
