Job summary

Global Food & Beverage Organisation in London is seeking an AI & Automation Analyst to join the Data Science & AI team on a hybrid basis.

You will work hands-on with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Claude, SharePoint and Teams to build practical automations and AI assistants.

This role offers training, a collaborative environment, and opportunities to grow skills in Python, SQL and Databricks within a large business.

Qualifications

• Some practical experience or strong interest in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
• Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate straightforward issues, while knowing when to escalate more complex technical or security concerns.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, particularly when supporting colleagues and explaining technical processes in simple terms.
• A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology, with the appetite to learn and develop quickly.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to AI & automation - supporting the development and maintenance of practical solutions.
