Avanade UK is seeking a hands-on AI Application Architect to design intelligent, agentic, cloud-native applications across the SDLC. You will accelerate delivery with AI techniques and lead modernization across complex enterprise portfolios.

You will influence architecture direction, elevate engineering productivity, and shape high-impact initiatives for our client base, collaborating across practices and regions while occasionally traveling for engagements.

Qualificações

• Experience designing enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong software engineering foundations across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and cloud.
• Hands-on with agentic AI and modernisation of legacy systems.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead C-level modernization discussions and executive briefings.
• Advise senior stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives.
• Design and lead value-proving work for client transformations.
• Provide SME guidance on remediation, integration, and AI tooling.
• Own solution deliverability and sign-off for modernisation projects.
• Collaborate with delivery, sales, and partner teams on proposals.
• Mentor solution architects and delivery teams.
• Define modernisation strategies across legacy environments.
• Establish architectural standards and reference frameworks.
• Apply AI agents across all SDLC phases and automate pipelines.
• Drive AI adoption across regions and practices.
• Develop accelerators and reusable assets for agentic AI.
• Guide engineering, data, and DevOps teams on AI integration.
• Travel occasionally for high-value client engagements.
