Qualifications

• At least three years as a business analyst or related analytical/client-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing confidence
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Genuine interest in AI and its practical business applications
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing communication via video calls and messaging platforms
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements end-to-end
• Design, test, and refine prompts for AI tools
• Collect and analyse data to support decision-making and produce insights
• Create clear documentation covering requirements, data models, workflows, and reports
