Our product HiAI is to push the envelope in Artificial Intelligence (AI), it provides all kinds of AI service, like image, video, voice and text, support across all of Huawei mobile products in Artificial Intelligence(AI). In order to provide the best-possible experience for our customers, we're looking for world class scientists and engineers to join its Algorithms group., As an AI Algorithm Development Engineer with the Kirin team, you will invent, implement, and deploy state of the art artificial intelligence algorithms and systems. You will build prototypes and explore conceptually new solutions. You will interact closely with our software team. You will be at the heart of a growing and exciting focus area for HiAI and work with other sophisticated engineers and world famous scientists. A successful candidate should have hands‑on research experience and knowledge of research domains including AI, Computer Vision, and Signal Processing. Domestic and some international travel will be required. Job Purpose:

Job Purpose

• Research and develop the AI algorithm with the state of the art neural network. (Include training and inference algorithm development and optimization, network design and optimization, quantization design and optimization)
• Analysis the neural network algorithm, structure, operators, and give the definition for chipset design.

Qualifications

• PhD graduate in relevant disciplines such as Image processing/Signal processing/Computer science/Electronic etc.
• Have image processing or voice signal processing experience.
• Have knowledge of the usage of at least one of the deep learning frameworks (e.g., Caffe, Tensorflow, MxNet, Torch, PyTorch, etc.).
• At least one network design ability and training ability (DNN, CNN, RNN, LSTM).
• Have experience of implemetation of the deep learning network to the practical business applications is preferred (such as face recognition, image recognition, AR, speech recognition, NLP, etc.).
• Have knowledge of the model compression and optimization is preferred.
