Job summary

Lodha UK, established as a London-based premier developer, is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Analyst to embed AI across the business. You will work with the COO and Co-CEO on a fast-moving programme in Central London, shaping workflows and tools adoption.

You should be an MBA candidate or early-career consultant with a hands-on approach to AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and strong data intuition. Distilling complex data into clear decisions is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate or final-year MBA with consulting or Big 4 background.
• Hands-on curiosity about applying AI to real commercial workflows.
• Comfortable with AI tools and quick to learn new ones.
• Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail with unstructured data.
• Available to start at short notice for a 6–9 month term in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive AI adoption across Lodha UK, working closely with the COO, Lodha Partners and the Co-CEO, LDUK to ensure every person in Lodha UK is, in time, in the top 5% of their peer group for AI usage in their role.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI by reimagining workflows end-to-end, rather than applying AI incrementally to how things are done today.
• Support teams across the business in implementing those initiatives, from first pilot through to embedded, everyday use.
• Identify and introduce relevant AI tools.
