Job summary

Neko is redefining prevention through data-driven care and aims for rapid value from AI-enabled workflows. The AI Acceleration Specialist will act as a consultant-builder who can build, teach, or hand over solutions and help run the internal product development lifecycle from discovery to adoption.

The role is measured by adoption and impact rather than building alone, with an aim to embed an AI builder in each team and to teach non-engineers how to leverage these workflows effectively.

Qualifications

• Examples of taking a business problem, listening, and deploying end-to-end solutions.
• High trainability and a growth mindset: learns fast and applies it.
• Process mapping or willingness to learn quickly.
• Working familiarity with applied AI: LLMs, context, retrieval, agents.
• Bias toward adoption: observes the team and helps improve uptake.
