In this role, you'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring our AGVs navigate the warehouse with the precision of a perfectly placed towel rack. You'll monitor their performance, troubleshoot any kinks (no pipe puns intended!), and work with the team to keep the flow of fantastic bathroom essentials moving smoothly.

Here's a peek at your shower of responsibilities (without the actual showering):

• Be the control center for our AGV fleet using our top-notch warehouse management system (WMS) and AGV control software.
• Unclog any glitches in the system, from route detours to error messages (think of it as virtual drain cleaning!).
• Respond swiftly to system alerts to keep our warehouse operations running like a dream.
• Bridge the communication gap between warehouse staff, maintenance crew, and IT support – you'll be the ultimate bathroom ambassador!
• Keep detailed logs of AGV activity, from incident reports to maintenance needs, ensuring everything runs like a well-maintained faucet.
• Conduct regular AGV checkups, making sure these robotic workhorses are safe and efficient (think preventative maintenance, but for robots!).
• Help us write the manual for future AGV success! You'll be instrumental in developing new operating procedures to optimize our warehouse.
• Be a constant innovator, always on the lookout for ways to make our AGVs even more efficient.
• Stay ahead of the curve by attending training on the latest AGV technologies and warehouse best practices.
• Safety first! Uphold the highest health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Be prepared to jump in and help out with other warehouse duties when needed – a little adaptability goes a long way!

Are you the perfect fit for this role?

• You've got experience navigating the fast-paced world of warehouses.
• Hold a valid FLT licence
• Logistics and warehouse operations are your second language.
• You're a problem‑solving whiz with a flair for analytical thinking.
• You can work independently and seamlessly as part of a team.
• Communication and interpersonal skills are your forte.
• You're a tech whiz, comfortable with WMS and other computer software.
• Strong attention to detail? That's a must‑have!
• A UK driving license is a plus (but not a requirement).
• Bonus points if you've got experience with AGVs or similar automated systems!

• Monday - Friday Rotating Shifts - Early 7:30am-4pm and Late 11am-7:30pm

Pay Rate: £13.47ph
