A leading educational institution is seeking an Agriculture Study Programme Manager based in Stoke Climsland. The ideal candidate will have experience in agriculture, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to sustainability. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between £29,886 and £33,313 per annum and includes generous benefits such as annual leave and access to professional development resources.
Location: Duchy College, Stoke Climsland
Salary: £29,886.00 - £33,313.00 per annum FTE (includes Market Premium)
Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours per week/52 weeks per year), Teaching Contract

Based at our Duchy College campus in Stoke Climsland, we are looking for an experienced individual to be part of the delivery team for our agricultural teaching programmes. We welcome applicants with a wide skillset and experience in an agricultural setting, with a passion to transfer these skills to learners.
Applicants must have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in a related subject. Experience of working in Agriculture is essential and candidates need to be confident they can deliver both practical and theory sessions to a range of students. Previous teaching experience is not essential, however, being able to demonstrate training or development of staff in the industry would be advantageous.
