Description du poste

Help shape the future of farmer engagement at Arla

At Arla, our farmer owners are at the heart of everything we do. As an Agriculture Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring our Agriculture organisation operates effectively and delivers a positive experience for our farmers and members.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work across the Agriculture function, connecting farmers, Agriculture Managers, leadership teams, elected representatives and key stakeholders. From coordinating engagement activities and governance processes to supporting strategic initiatives and communications, you will help turn plans into action and ensure the successful delivery of our Agriculture agenda.

If you are an organised and proactive professional who enjoys coordinating projects, building relationships and making things happen, this could be an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a farmer-owned cooperative.

How you will make an impact

As Agriculture Professional, you will help enable the effective delivery of local Agriculture priorities by coordinating activities, communications, events and stakeholder engagement across the market.

Key responsibilities include

  • Supporting the implementation of Agriculture programmes and strategic priorities across the market.
  • Coordinating farmer engagement activities, meetings, forums, workshops and events that strengthen member involvement and experience.
  • Providing operational and coordination support to the Agriculture Leadership Team, helping ensure effective planning, communication and follow-through.
  • Leading and coordinating governance and democratic processes, including elections, representative activities and compliance requirements.
  • Acting as a central point of connection between farmers, Agriculture Managers, leadership teams and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal and farmer-facing communications to ensure clear, timely and consistent messaging.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, collaboration and ways of working across the Agriculture organisation.
What will make you successful

You are a highly organised and relationship-focused professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and bringing people together around shared objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable coordinating a wide range of activities, stakeholders and projects.

You bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to maintain structure, momentum and attention to detail in a busy and dynamic environment. You are proactive, solutions-oriented and motivated by supporting others to succeed.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have

  • Experience coordinating projects, programmes, events or stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong digital and administrative capabilities with excellent attention to detail.

Experience within agriculture, rural industries, cooperative organisations or member-based environments would be advantageous but is not essential. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the market are required for the role.

What do we offer?

At Arla, you'll join a farmer-owned cooperative with a strong purpose and a commitment to creating the future of dairy. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our farmers, Agriculture teams and business leaders while contributing to initiatives that make a genuine difference to farmer engagement and organisational effectiveness.

You will become part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your coordination skills, ideas and drive for continuous improvement will be valued. Together, we create opportunities for our farmers, colleagues and communities to thrive.
