Responsibilities

• Act as the main link between farm operations and curriculum teams.
• Coordinate practical sessions in line with curriculum plans and timetables.
• Ensure resources and equipment are prepared and available for activities.
• Monitor safety, maintenance and proper use of learning facilities and resources.
• Support delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
• Track student progress and provide tutoring as needed.
• Contribute to quality improvement and curriculum planning.
• Participate in open days and employer engagement activities.
