As an Agriculture Lecturer, you'll plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across a range of Agriculture programmes. You'll assess learner work, track progress, provide constructive feedback, support tutorials, contribute to quality improvement, and work closely with employers and stakeholders to ensure learners are prepared for successful careers within the industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience within UK agriculture, farming, or the wider rural sector. You may have a background in farm management, livestock, arable, soil science, agri‑tech, sustainability, animal science, agricultural consultancy, or a related area. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential, as full in‑house teacher training, structured induction, coaching and CPD can be provided.
