A highly established family run business, operating for nearly 50 years in the South‑West, are seeking a hardworking and reliable Agricultural Machinery Engineer / Technician for their depot in Exebridge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural machinery both in the workshop and on-site
  • Carry out pre‑delivery inspections and setup of new and pre‑owned equipment.
  • Complete all relevant job documentation, including job cards, DTAC reports, and timesheets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised work area.
  • Accurately perform vehicle diagnostics using appropriate tools and technology.
  • Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to apprentices through mentoring.
Essential / Preferred Experience and Attributes Required
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience within Agricultural Machinery
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident in the use of IT
  • Vehicle driving licence
