This position allows for a hybrid work structure, with locations available in Northampton, London, Knutsford, and Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experience with change management and delivery.
• Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with strategic goals.
• Project management experience in relevant environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles and practices.
• Coach and develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working.
• Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution.
• Use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and share best practices.
• Own the Agile coaching strategy to improve maturity levels.
