Job summary

Fidelity International in London is seeking an ART Owner to translate Value Stream priorities into executable delivery plans across the Equity and Fixed Income domains. You will oversee Epic sequencing, collaborate with investment teams and technology leaders, and drive transformations in a complex front-office environment.

The role requires proven ART leadership, strong stakeholder engagement and delivery accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or ART Owner in a scaled Agile environment.
• Strong planning at the ART level including capacity, dependencies and risk management.
• Ability to hold delivery accountable across multiple squads and stakeholders.
• Technical fluency to discuss constraints, debt and non-functional requirements at Epic level.
• Experience leading people and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery governance across multiple squads and workstreams.
• Manage cross-platform and cross-value stream dependencies.
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation and escalation.
• Ensure delivery commitments meet scope, quality, timeline and cost.
• Drive business readiness and adoption of new capabilities.
• Measure realised business value and support organisational change.
