Job summary

Proactive Appointments Limited in Somerset is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join on a permanent basis. You will deliver the strategic vision of stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver the strategic project portfolio across software and systems.

The role demands PM qualifications (Prince2, CSPO/CSM), 2+ years of experience in complex software projects, and strong communication to document and report progress. Hybrid working in the UK is offered.

Qualifications

Agile Project Manager

Permanent | Somerset | Hybrid Working

Our client in Somerset are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. You’ll deliver the strategic vision of project Stakeholders and Sponsors. Working across the business and leading cross-functional project teams to deliver the Strategic Project Portfolio. This is an exciting role that will work alongside technical teams to deliver a range of projects across software and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery
• Technical – Understanding of systems and software development
• Communication & Relationship Building

Required Experience:

• Qualifciations in Project Management, such as: Member of Association of Project Management/ Prince2
• Agile, Scrum or Product Owner certifications (CSM or CSPO)
• Atleast 2 years previous experience working on complex software projects
• Knowledge of current software development methodologies
• Outstanding verbal skills and concise written skills to effectively communicate and provide documentation
• Ability to build rapport and relationships with Sponsors, Stakeholders, users and IT colleagues, to ensure that projects are managed effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and has the ability to manage time and prioritise correctly in order to meet appropriate deadlines and targets with work produced to a high standard.
