Job description

You will work with multiple teams across product and technology, supporting end-to-end delivery from conception through to market launch and transition into operations.

  • Deliver end-to-end projects that contribute to commercial benefit, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Support complex in-pillar and cross-product pillar initiatives, coordinating analysis, delivery, recommendations, and implementation while maintaining appropriate governance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Agile project management, applying best practices to drive effective delivery.
  • Manage and support issue escalation, dependencies, and project changes, ensuring timely intervention and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing effective controls and mitigations and escalating concerns where required.
  • Support the development, documentation, and delivery of projects and change initiatives in line with Entain Group policies and strategic objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and track realistic project plans, budgets, and progress against agreed quality and performance criteria.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on project performance, supplying the information required to enable informed decision-making.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and efficiencies across engagement and delivery models.
  • Support the definition and delivery of small projects or sub-projects, including project approach, engagement plans, communications, and quality criteria.
  • Contribute to improvements in ways of working within Project, Programme Management, and PMO functions.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, customers, partners, and third parties, resolving issues and sharing relevant information.
  • Ensure third-party delivery activity complies with contractual obligations, managing risks and interdependencies effectively.
