• Lead on looked after children, placement sufficiency or commissioning.
• Analyse complex demand and cost data to inform governance.
• Produce clear reports and briefings for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with social work teams, commissioners and PMO to track milestones.
• Maintain accuracy and clarity in all outputs and escalation risks.
