A bit about the job

This is a permanent role working with development teams in delivering change for Aviva within Customer & Marketing CIO, with a focus on Customer Data applications.

  • Delivering IT change at pace using Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), to enable iterative, scalable, and value-driven delivery.
  • Promoting a healthy team culture by managing team dynamics, fostering psychological safety, and embedding continuous improvement through Agile ceremonies and feedback loops.
  • Communicating transparently and effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and shared ownership.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, translating technical concepts and delivery challenges into business-relevant language for stakeholders and Product Owners.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and curiosity, with a strong commitment to learning and applying diverse delivery models and software development lifecycle practices.
