GCS Recruitment Specialists are seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Consultant to guide a major programme in the UK. You will focus on Agile Release Train delivery, coaching, and enabling teams to operate effectively within a SAFe environment.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, leadership and stakeholders to enhance Agile ways of working, strengthen delivery practices, and remove blockers across a large, complex transformation programme.

Competenze

• Experienced Agile Coach/Consultant skilled in SAFe environments.
• Proven background coaching Agile Release Trains and teams.
• Strong SAFe knowledge and experience guiding large programmes.
• Experience coaching teams and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitation of PI Planning and key Agile ceremonies.
• Able to identify delivery blockers and improve ways of working.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating within large, complex transformation programmes.

Agile Coach / Consultant - Release Train

6-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Consultant to support a major programme, with a particular focus on Agile Release Train delivery and coaching.

You will work closely with delivery teams, leadership and key stakeholders to improve Agile ways of working, strengthen delivery practices and help teams operate effectively across a complex programme environment.

Key experience:

• Strong background as an Agile Coach / Agile Consultant
• Experience working with Agile Release Trains
• Strong knowledge of SAFe / scaled Agile environments
• Experience coaching teams and senior stakeholders
• Facilitation of PI Planning and wider Agile ceremonies
• Ability to identify delivery blockers and improve ways of working
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating across large, complex transformation programmes

Contract: 6 months
