Private Equity Insights Ltd in London is seeking a motivated growth-minded marketer to own outcomes from week one. You will map the market of PE investors, craft targeted copy, and use AI to outperform a large team.

You will work in sprints, learn to identify and engage funds, and help build scalable marketing systems. The role is full-time, based at our London WeWork, with travel for conferences and events.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Bachelor or Master degree with great results

Responsabilidades

• Build the audience. Identify, target, and convert every fund into our community, and make sure each one receives the right message, at the right time, and never one too many.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue. Through existing and new marketing channels, you execute activities that ultimately will drive revenue
• Write copy that persuades. Every email, landing page and post. Become the best copywriter and leverage it at scale with AI.
• Sprint, test, implement. Measure the impact of all experiments you run, test offers, copy, prices and pages until the numbers move.
• Build systems, not one-offs. Anything you do twice becomes a playbook or an AI workflow, so the next win takes less effort than the last.
• Do whatever it takes to win. Some days that means designing an AI workflow. Some days it means checking investors in at the registration desk at 7am. Nobody here is too good for the work that deliver value to the client.

Practical details

Role is full-time, in person from our London office (WeWork), 5 days a week.

Expect to travel for work about 20 days a year.
