Role: Agentic AI – RPA Solution Architect

Title: AVP/VP

Location: London, UK (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) – Fulltime

Mode of Work: 3 days/week

Years of Experience - 5-10

Provide technical leadership for automation and AI solutions while driving innovation, adoption of emerging technologies, and excellence in solution design across the automation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define solution architectures for automation, AI, process intelligence, and orchestration using Automation Anywhere, with awareness of other platforms to support migration and integration scenarios.
• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand and assess business, functional, and technology requirements.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and supportable automation architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify innovation opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
• Develop and maintain reusable frameworks, accelerators, design patterns, and reference architectures.
• Provide technical governance and architecture assurance across automation and AI projects.
• Support complex API integrations with enterprise platforms, applications, databases, and other data sources.
• Maintain technology roadmaps, architecture standards, and technical guidelines for automation and AI platforms.
• Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilots, and innovation initiatives through to production readiness.
• Mentor developers and technical teams on solution design, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and other technology teams to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, scalability, availability, and resilience.
• Provide technical leadership and support for complex automation implementations and production issues.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

Automation & AI

• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
• Experience with Enterprise Knowledge Base (EKB) and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Knowledge of API, AI Agents and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Experience with AARI / AARI Copilot, Intelligent Document Automation (IDP).
• Strong understanding of automation architecture, orchestration, and process intelligence.
