Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment in Burgess Hill is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build autonomous AI agents for a major global financial services hub, with a hybrid setup (3 days per week).

You will design multi-step reasoning workflows and enterprise-grade Python APIs that let AI interact directly with real-world software tools, pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities within enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI).
• Proven background in API design, tool-calling, and LLM orchestration.

Agentic AI Engineer (Python / LangGraph)

Location: Burgess Hill - Hybrid (3 days/week)

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

We are hiring a Python Engineer to build next-generation autonomous AI agents for a major global financial services hub. You will move beyond basic chatbots to design multi-step reasoning workflows and enterprise-grade Python APIs that let AI interact directly with real-world software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic Orchestration: Build stateful AI workflows using LangGraph or LangChain.
• API & Backend Engineering: Write robust Python backends enabling LLMs to execute Function Calling and tool-use.

What You Need
