Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Minimum 2 Salesforce solution deployments or project implementations.
• Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting in Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes in Salesforce including Agentforce/Data360.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally from Developer to Executive.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce + Data Cloud subject‑matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or identify custom Architect solutions.
• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with our Success Architect engagement catalog tailored to Agentforce + Data Cloud customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners to contribute to growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English
• Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycle of Salesforce solutions. Preference for Agentforce or Data/AI area but it can be any Salesforce Cloud implementation
• Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in Salesforce generally and/or specifically in the customer data category
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing guiding customers through migration and optimisation of Salesforce solutions including Agentforce and Data360
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams from Developer to Executive
