Job title: Agents Assistant

Reports to: Actors Agent

Where: Located in the heart of London’s bustling and creative Soho. United Agents is one of London’s leading talent agencies encompassing film, TV, books, theatre and comedy.

Who: We have an exciting opportunity within the Actors department for a full‑time Assistant to one of our Actors Agents. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, casting directors, producers and the media, processing contracts, raising invoices and ensuring smooth running of the office.

This is a very busy office that requires meticulous organisational skills and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast‑paced creative environment, respect confidentiality at all times and possess the ability to remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail is crucial as well as being a strong and effective communicator. Much of our work is carried out via phone calls, email and face‑to‑face meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of emails and calls from clients, buyers and industry professionals.
  • Organise auditions, meetings and client tapings.
  • Client submissions via Spotlight and email.
  • Build client material and compile showreels.
  • Ensure clients CVs are up to date.
  • Attend client/potential client performances in theatres and screenings.
  • Process contracts, issue invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide full administrative support to the Agent.
  • Liaise with clients, casting directors, producers and directors on a daily basis.
  • Diary management for the Agent and clients.
