Job summary

A regional children's services provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the Safeguarding service. The ideal candidate will manage a team, oversee crucial areas such as Child Protection and court work, and possess significant experience in children's social care. Candidates must be qualified Social Workers, registered with Social Work England, with at least three years of post-qualified experience. A competitive pay rate of £42 umbrella is offered, along with a £250 joining bonus for new starters and referral incentives.

Our client, Northamptonshire Children’s Trust, is seeking an interim Team Manager for its Safeguarding service.

The pay rate is £42 umbrella.

The role will involve the following:
  • Managing a team of social work staff
  • The team undertakes work including Child Protection, CIN and court work
