Agency Support Worker (Ad Hoc Shifts) - Female Support Worker Required

Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
Pay: £16-£18 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Ad hoc / flexible hours
Hours: Mostly Fridays and annual leave cover - shifts vary between 6am-12 noon or a 12 hour shift between 6am-8:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a female Agency Support Worker to join our small, supportive team providing one-to-one support for a young girl living with a brain injury, learning difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.

You will be providing consistent, person-centred support within the family home and local community, helping her to engage in daily routines and activities while promoting independence, safety, and wellbeing.

This role involves ad hoc shifts, ideal for someone who is currently working as an agency support worker and looking to pick up additional hours with advance notice.

Shift Details
  • Regular ad hoc hours, mainly most Fridays
  • Annual leave cover when needed
  • Shifts may include:
  • 6:00am-12:00 noon
  • A 12 hour shift between the hours of 6:00am-8:30pm
  • The client is mobile (not bed-bound)
