Agency Sales Manager – London

We’re supporting an established AdTech business who are looking for an Agency Sales Manager to grow their presence within UK media agencies. Our client partners with a range of premium digital publishers and technology solutions, delivering impactful advertising opportunities across display, video, audio and bespoke brand activity.

This is an independent, energetic organisation where flexibility, transparency and collaboration are at the heart of how they work. They’re scaling quickly, championing quality media, and looking for someone who wants to contribute to both revenue growth and the wider strategic journey.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will drive new business within digital media agencies while developing existing agency spend. You’ll need to quickly grasp the breadth of the client’s portfolio and understand how their offering fits within the broader digital advertising landscape.

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as you’ll regularly engage planners, buyers and senior agency stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced, requiring excellent prioritisation and the ability to balance proactive selling with high standards of client service.

In addition to commercial responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to longer-term planning and help shape future initiatives as the client continues to expand.
