We are looking for a commercially minded and strategic Agency Partner to join Snap Inc. based in London on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for managing our partnership with major UK agency holdcos. You will be focussed on developing deep and trusted relationships across all key levels of the agency help to define Snapchats role in the marketing mix of the agencys clients and be able to develop and lead impactful initiatives that lead to revenue growth.

What you'll do
  • Drive and build relationships with senior level agency stakeholders positioning self as the primary owner and advocate for the agency partnership.
  • Educate and inspire agency teams on whats possible on Snapchat by delivering insights ideation and best practice for greater outcomes competitiveness and growth.
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to define the value of Snapchats ad solutions for both brand and performance advertisers in order to deliver partnership growth.
  • Partner with the UK Snap sales team to ensure the agency is receiving the level of service required to support the onboarding and scaling of accounts.
  • Manage the agency trading relationship and specific programs ensuring all goals and milestones are met.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA / BSc degree or equivalent preferred
  • 8 years of media sales / online advertising experience working with agencies
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging and partnering with senior level executives
  • Strong existing relationships with agency decision makers
  • Extensive knowledge of social media video programmatic buying mobile apps digital and mobile marketing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to win the support of key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Skilled self-starter with the will and ability to contribute to building Snaps business
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic rapidly changing environment
  • Creative outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
