Job summary

Tops Day Nurseries Ltd. is recruiting Agency Nursery Assistants to support nurseries across multiple locations in the South of England. The role offers flexible shifts with bank/0-hour contracts and the chance to work in different early years settings.

You’ll assist staff with care, routines, and activities for children aged 0–5, while building strong relationships with families and teams. DBS checks and eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting nursery staff in the care and supervision of children aged 0-5.
• Supporting daily routines such as feeding, changing, and helping children with toilet training.
• Engaging with children through fun and educational activities.
• Creating a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery teams.
• Working across multiple nursery locations based on staffing needs.
