Job summary

RJS Resourcing Ltd is seeking flexible Community Carers to join a well-established care provider on a long-term agency basis. Earn £14.00 per hour on weekdays and £17.00 per hour on weekends, with weekly pay, travel time and mileage covered, and DBS paid by the company.

Shifts include early mornings, evenings, and some 12-hour options across Liskeard, Launceston, Penzance, Truro, Falmouth and nearby areas. You will support people in their own homes to stay safe, independent and connected to

RJS Resourcing is recruiting Community Carers to join a well-established care provider on a long-term agency basis. Whether you want regular weekly hours, selected shifts or additional work alongside your existing commitments, we would love to discuss your availability.

You will support people within their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent and connected to their local community.

Flexible Working Options

• Morning shifts: 6:30/7:00am-2:00pm

Your Role

Working as part of a Rapid Response Team, you will provide compassionate and reliable care to individuals in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:
