Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Chef for flexible, site-based work across multiple venues. You should be time-served or qualified, able to work calmly under pressure and remain presentable at all times.

The role requires you to be 18+, have a valid right to work and a reliable vehicle. A DBS certificate is preferred, and owning Chef Whites and Knives is advantageous. Benefits include shifts across care homes, pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Must be time-served or qualified as a chef.
• Able to work calmly under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Punctual and presentable at all times.
• 18+ due to insurance.
• Driver with access to a reliable vehicle.
• DBS certificate desired (enhanced) or Update Service.
• Own Chef Whites and Chef Knives preferred.
• Experience as Relief or Agency Chef is beneficial.
• Proof of address, right to work, certification, ID and driving licence required.

Job description

You:

• Are an experienced, time served and/or qualified Chef
• Will be able to work calm under pressure, be professional, be punctual and be presentable
• Must be over the age of 18 due to insurance purposes and be a driver with access to a reliable vehicle
• Ideally have an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 3 years or part of the update service
• Should have your own Chef Whites and Chef Knives
• Could have worked in a variety of environments, have worked as a Relief or Agency Chef (beneficial)
• Can provide proof of your address, right to work, certification, ID and driving licence
• Might be willing to help out as a KP or GA from time to time
