Overview

Our client is a leading national radio station dedicated to tradespeople. With consistent growth across all departments and multiple ARIAS awards under their belt, they have become one of the most exciting names in UK media.

They are now expanding their commercial team and looking for an ambitious Agency Account Director to help them grow our agency presence. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing radio station, working with a market-leading team in a business that values creativity, autonomy, and energy.

Responsibilities
  • As an Agency Account Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting their growth within the media agency market.
  • You’ll help introduce the brand to advertising agencies, build strong relationships with planners and buyers, and support the delivery of standout campaigns.
  • You’ll be joining a growing team of experienced radio professionals within our wider commercial department.
  • Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll help bring branded content ideas to life from sponsorships and promotions to interactive solutions helping our commercial partners connect with the Radio’s unique trade audience.
Experience

Experience in media sales or agency account management

Radio experience strongly preferred but not essential

Clear, confident communicator who enjoys building relationships

Motivated, well-organised and proactive

Commercially minded and keen to learn

Comfortable working independently with support from the wider team

Benefits
  • Salary: Competitive Base + performance-based commission structure (Competitive OTE)
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm
  • Location: Remote-first, with attendance required at our monthly team meetings in London
