Group Facilitator - Ageing Well Community Asset Groups

£12.63 per hour - Part-time and Full-time Hours considered

Hybrid working; working across Northamptonshire and Northamptonshire Carers Head office at 123 Midland Road, Wellingborough. Countywide travel expected. Opportunity to support an award‑winning Charity in the Health and Social Care.

As a Group Facilitator, you’ll be a vital part of our Ageing Well Community Asset Team, delivering engaging and meaningful group sessions that empower people to live well, stay connected, and feel supported.

About The Role

• Set up, promote, and lead Community Asset groups across the county
• Collaborate with health, social care, and voluntary sector professionals
• Deliver informative and inclusive group activities tailored to individual needs
• Provide one‑to‑one support where appropriate
• Work alongside volunteers with lived experience
• Represent Northamptonshire Carers positively in multi‑agency settings

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in support work, wellbeing coordination, or health and social care
• Confident working within multi‑disciplinary teams
• Creative, reliable, and passionate about co‑production
• An effective team player and communicator (both written and verbal)
• Committed to reducing health inequalities and improving lives
