A leading automotive dealership in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager. In this role, you will oversee the Service Department, ensuring targets are met and driving productivity. The candidate should have a proven track record in team leadership with a minimum of 4 years of experience. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the Service Department at our Dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met. The successful candidate will maximise productivity and identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions required to improve sales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast paced environment.

For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
