Aftersales Manager

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an aftersales manager on behalf of our client, a well renowned dealership group in the area.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and control WIP, warranty and debtors.
  • Manage the parts support process and ensure Aftersales franchise standards and manufacturer relationships are maintained.
  • Be in charge of a large team; be a dynamic, hands-on leader who can command respect, trust and set the pace for the team to achieve business results.
  • Monitor and control sales activity by reviewing performance with individuals and agreeing actions required to improve sales.
  • Identify problems and provide practical solutions; take responsibility for decisions and actions.
  • Demonstrate a progressive career history with a good understanding of departmental KPIs and modern motivational techniques; ideally with a strong technical background.
  • Act as a commercially minded manager with a flair for selling the department and building strong customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers to improve CSI results.
Qualifications / Requirements
