Job description

Responsibilities

As an Aftersales Data Analyst, you will thrive on the rewarding aspects of the role, building new dashboards with data that you have confirmed is accurate and presenting your findings to various stakeholders. You will trust in your abilities, tackle any challenges that come your way, and remain open to new ideas and strategies.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be ready to learn, possess an open mind, absorb information quickly and turn it into outputs, have strong communication skills, be highly organised, and drive to complete tasks while working independently. Your remit is to be accountable for field data that paints a picture for product quality and vehicle status in the field.

Qualifications

Working Hours

The working hours are 7.30am–4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am–12.30pm on Fridays. This is a full‑time role with some hybrid working possible as agreed with your manager.
